- WHOLESALE PRICES: All prices are in US dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.
- MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT: Minimum opening order is $300. Minimum reorder is the same.
- DELIVERY: Orders less than $500 will incur a flat 5% shipping charge. Orders $500 and over earn free shipping. Shipping is via FEDEX. All shipments are packed very carefully using standard approved packing methods. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, please do not refuse the shipment as this causes unnecessary shipping expenses and delays. Residential delivery will incur additional charges.
- CREDIT TERMS: It is company policy that all first orders are prepaid prior to shipping. Forms of payment accepted: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard etc) or wire transfer (The Company’s bank account details will be shown on the invoice).
- Net 30 terms are available to the Buyer who have applied in writing for terms. Customers must submit satisfactory credit references for second and subsequent orders. Net 30 terms will only remain in effect provided the account is kept up to date and has been active within the last nine months. Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Late payments will result in the cancellation of Net 30 status, and a reversion to a credit card basis. Any past due balances are subject to an annual finance charge of 20%. If it becomes necessary to refer the account balance to a licensed collection agency or attorney for legal action, all subsequent charges and legal fees shall be paid by the Buyer.
- DAMAGES AND RETURNS: All goods must be examined on receipt and all damages and/or shortages communicated in writing to Dora Designs Ltd within 7 days of the delivery. Dora Designs will issue reimbursement for valid damage and/or shortage claims only. Replacement products will not be sent. Returns for reasons other than damages are not accepted. Risk of damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery. The ownership in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Dora Designs Ltd has received payment.
- BACKORDERS: Out of stock items will not be placed on back order. Please note every effort is made to ensure items are in stock. Advance ordering is helpful during busy periods.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS: Dora Designs Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply goods on credit or otherwise to any person, limited company, firm, partnership, unincorporated association or other body and shall not be required to provide any reason for the refusal to supply such goods.
